The beauty of this new Menu Launch is that just a week following, the Austin Food & Wine Festival kicks off. It was the Food & Wine Fest in 2013 that first introduced me to SWAY. Having heard nothing but phenomenal things, I was a bit leery to see if all the hype was true. So, as the Live Fire Challenge kicked off the Festival thanks to Austin’s most notable BBQ spot, Salt Lick BBQ & Grill, I had the opportunity to try the food of Chef Rene Ortiz and Laura Sawicki. I ended up talking with Rene several times over the course of the week but it was his passion and innovation – and EXQUISITE cuisine – that won me over. The jungle curry was by far the most flavorful Thai dish I had EVER had and that is saying a lot since Thai is my all time favorite cuisine.

This year as ATOD Magazine™ sends our Austin correspondent, Kevin Curtis, in to cover the Festival, I am all too thrilled to introduce SWAY’s brand new exclusive menu. In honor of the Thai New Year (ironically, this is the 1st time I became familiar with the cuisine exactly a year prior), the Culinary Team of SWAY have outdone themselves yet again. Be sure you do not miss an opportunity to set your taste buds into hyperdrive because your palate will thank you for inviting it to SWAY Austin. I promise you …
