Sake served in a cedar box. Sake was sweet, calm, and surprising.
Uchi is by far worth the time, money, and reputation. I will be posting a full review later this week but wanted to wet your appetite with this image. Also – congratulations to Chef Tyson Cole on his 2nd consecutive Annual Rock Your Taco win.
On a side note, my server told me that the sake I had, the servers (after long shifts and a perfectly busy night) call it Yuki-no-bullsh** because it’s that badass. The server shall remain nameless. We shall call him “Arthur”.
