#FashionFriday

GENTLEMEN: Do not be afraid to take your #Fashion to a Mixed Up Place.

 It’s Winter after all.

#MensFashion is something this Editor holds to a certain, well, pedigree of style sense. Men, just like women, express themselves by the clothing they wear. So – mix it up. (And #hashtag #FridayFashion #ATODMagz)

FELLAS: It doesn’t matter if you’re sporting your favorite Star Wars Graphics Tee or an Armani suit, you like to feel good in your clothes too … and we can appreciate that. You are handsome and original and we love that you put a little extra effort into your wardrobe.

This season, as the air gets colder and layering presents itself, consider a few of the options. A scarf over a layered shirt, sweater and blazer – try a Newsie cap with that button-up. Sport a satchel that actually does the trick: Leather, canvas, something with a bit of a rugged appeal. Shoes, well, who doesn’t like a man in boots. Go for boots that fit YOU.

COLORS:

Creams, Charcoal Grays, Chocolates, shades of Black (yes, there are varying shades), pop of blues or purples.

TEXTURES:

Go for stripes, checkers, blends, but only accent 1-2 pieces with something wild. It will make the other refined pieces look even more stylish.

Above all, whatever you wear, wear your confidence as well. You are debonaire. You are witty. You are worth the extra effort.  And even though we live in an age where we do everything with a click of Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook – or you sum up your entire self with a :06 second Vine Video – you deserve to take a little extra time to put your look together. So to all the men out there who love to look their best, this holiday season, you are SO appreciated!

Thanks for keeping up with our ever-changing styles.
