2015 WALT “BOB’S RANCH” SONOMA COAST PINOT NOIR | $75
I enjoyed the notes of berries and spice, I feel like this could compliment a really juicy cut of steak with seamlessness. As it opens up, it gets bigger, rounding it out so the rustic intention shines through.

While I prefer a Cabernet, these Pinots hailing from Northern California wine country have a little more complexity than the traditional tried and true, which makes this a wine you should taste at least once. It’s like a cigar box bathed in wine and it makes for a nice glass of vino.
